Web Site of the Week: urbanspoon

Now that I helped you with getting a great hotel room in Boston tripkick.com, (1/08/10), here is a suggestion for finding food. Urbanspoon.com does a great job of covering restaurants in the city and it is a free app. You may search by area of the city, type of food or the fun slot machine widget. Once you find a possible restuarant there are both critic and user reviews. The restuarant’s location is on a Google map and for some there is a menu. After you have eaten you can even vote on whether you liked it. If you are in the Back Bay area I recommend Bouchee for a taste of France and the Globe Bar and Cafe if you need comfort food. Or in the Theater District try Market by Jean-George, a new restaurant that everyone is talking about. Bon Appetit!
