Web Site of the Week: TVWorthWatching.com

Is there anything on television that is worth watching?  David Bianculli, a former newspaper television critic, has asked that question online since 2007.    Each day TVWorthWatching.com  gives “Bianculli’s Best Bets”  for what is worth watching  – series, children’s programs, documetaries, movies, etc.  Bianculli is also the TV critic for NPR’s  Fresh Air and serves as a guest host.  The site has the text and audio of some of his favorite reports.  Of course there is a  blog where Bianculli writes about or chooses the good in TV including a moving commentary from Keith Olbermann entitled, “An American Cry for Help.”  Maybe television is not all a wasteland.
