App of the Month: Battery Go! Plus

Battery Go! Plus is an updated version of Battery Go. It was free, but at the present time is $1.99. It is well worth the money for those who worry about battery life of their iPhone, iPad, etc. The app has questions about the device and usage habits of the owner – type of devise and its age, how long is it used per day, and typical screen brightness. The app then gives the amount of time for phone use, games, WiFi browsing, eReader, GPS directions, online video, standby mode and time until a full charge. It is interesting to note that the battery uses twice as much charge to watch a video compared to reading an E-book!
