Web Site of the Week: DrudgeReport.com
Posted by: Christine Bulson

The Drudge Report has been around since 1997 and the simple design of the site has changed very little.  It is described as a “news aggregation” website.  The originator  is Matt Drudge who is considered a conservative but there are links to articles that provide a variety of news and opinions from around the world.  Recent articles included one from the the Daily Mail (British) on NE Patriot quarterback, Tom Brady and his wife, Gisele Bundchen and their family. Another from CBS News in New York reported on Mayor Bloomberg and the “Occupy Wall Street” protest.  Notable stories of the Drudge Report are the Lewinsky Scandal and news of Prince Harry serving in Afghanistan.  The site has lots of loyal readers but also has many critics.  Which are you?
