Upcoming Booklist Reference Advisory Board Program
Posted by: Admin

If you're heading to Anaheim next week for the 2012 ALA Conference, please check out the Booklist Reference Advisory Board program!

Why Can’t an E-book Be More like the Print?
Monday, June 25, 1:30–3:30 p.m. Anaheim Convention Center, Ballroom A.

Publishers often want to transform common print content into a fancy, electronic product, but what can they add to the final offering? Booklist Reference Advisory Board Chair Dave Tyckoson will moderate a panel of library experts, including Sue Polanka of the blog No Shelf Required and Frank Menchaca, executive vice president, Gale Learning and Research Solutions, who will discuss and debate the issues surrounding reference e-book publishing.
